Contact BrassArtist
BrassArtist is a small, independent site, not a support department — but real messages get read, and most get a personal reply.
support@brassartist.com is the only channel there is: no ticketing system, no chat widget, and no fixed response-time promise to quote. Messages get read and answered as time allows — there is no support team behind this inbox, just an honest best effort.
Useful to mention
- Which tool you mean by name — Transposition, Practice Time, Mouthpiece Size, Maintenance Cost, Instrument Value, or BPM Tempo — and the numbers you entered, if a result looked wrong.
- Your browser and device, for anything that looks like a display or calculation bug rather than a question about the result itself.
- Corrections to anything in the Brass Museum, the blog, or the learnsection — these lean on outside sources and do get things wrong occasionally.
What this can’t be
Email here is not a substitute for a private teacher, a brass technician, or an instrument appraiser. The tools give general estimates from established conventions, not advice tailored to your instrument, your embouchure, or your budget — for anything that specific, a message back from this address won’t replace someone who can actually hear or handle your horn.
